DEBBIE YTTERBERGis the principal and shareholder of Johnson & Ytterberg, P.C. She is admitted to practice in the Colorado, Wyoming (inactive), Ohio (inactive) state bars and the United States District Courts of Colorado and the Southern District of Ohio. Debbie has experience in both public service and private practice, giving her a unique and thoughtful perspective on her clients’ legal challenges. Debbie has experience in regulatory compliance, estate planning, civil litigation, administrative litigation, nonprofit and small business counsel, and malpractice and professional licensing defense. Debbie is a member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and Metro Volunteer Lawyers. She also serves on the Education Committee for the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Broomfield Community Foundation.
When not practicing law, Debbie has a creative side, especially in music and visual arts. Debbie enjoys camping and traveling with her two kids and dogs.
CRAIG D JOHNSONis a founder of Johnson & Ytterberg, P.C. and is now Of Counsel. Craig is admitted in both Colorado and Nebraska state bars (Nebraska inactive currently), the federal district court bar of Colorado, and the United States Supreme Court. Craig has been providing legal services for clients in Colorado and nationwide since 1982. He has substantial experience in civil litigation, is a recognized expert in construction defect claims, personal injury, criminal law, transactional and business law, real estate, and estate planning. Craig has committed himself to professional, ethical, and honest representation of his clients. In addition to his law practice, Craig has been involved in numerous civic and community activities, including but not limited to, being a co-founder of the Broomfield Community Foundation, and coaching high school and college wrestling for over 40 years. Craig is a sports enthusiast, especially in wrestling. Craig wrestled competitively for over 50 years. Craig is an 11-time world place winner in veterans world freestyle wrestling, including a World Championship title in 2016.

PA is a certified paralegal at Johnson & Ytterberg, P.C., and a Broomfield High School graduate. Pa has worked in the legal field since 2007 with experience in the areas of litigation, employment law, and real estate. She supports attorneys in the law firm from beginning to end on all aspects of cases including drafting routine pleadings, e-filing, preparing for and assisting attorneys for mediation, arbitration, and trials. Pa also speaks fluent Hmong.
Outside the office, Pa loves spending time baking and decorating cakes, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
AMY has worked as a paralegal for over ten years at Johnson & Ytterberg, P.C. and has lived in Broomfield for nearly twenty years. At large firms and small firms, Amy worked in litigation, employment law and alternative dispute resolution. She uses her experience to assist the team at J&Y from the onset of a case until its resolution, drafting pleadings, speaking with clients and filing cases with the Court. In her spare time, Amy is an avid reader and enjoys her family, both human and canine.
LIZ is a legal assistant at Johnson & Ytterberg, P.C. She has worked for the firm in various capacities since 2006. Elizabeth graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology, with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Victim’s Advocacy. Outside the office, Liz likes to travel, hang around the pool, and spend time with her family and friends.
